Whistleblowing (Kavramsal İnceleme)

Kitap bölümü, “ispiyonculuk”, “gammazlık”, “jurnalleme”, “ajanlık”, “muhbirlik” gibi birçok olumsuz anlamlı kelime ile ilişkilendirilmeye ve çağrıştırılmaya çalışılan Whistleblowing davranışının dünyadan ve Türkiye’den örneklerle son yasal düzenlemeler çerçevesinde kapsamlı bir analizini sunmaktadır. İnceleme; Whistleblowing Kavramı, Whistleblowingin Boyutsal Sınıflandırması, Whistleblowingi Etkileyen Faktörler, Whistleblowing Sürecinin Aşamaları, Dünyadan ve Türkiye’den Whistleblowing Vakaları, Whistleblowing ve Etik, Whistleblowing İle İlgili Yasal Düzenlemeler bölümlerini içermektedir. Sonuç kısmında ise, Türk Yönetim literatüründe Whistleblowing kavramının Türkçe karşılığı olarak “Etik Bildirim” teriminin kullanılması önerilmektedir.

The book section presents a comprehensive analysis of the Whistleblowing behavior, which is tried to be associated and evocatively with many negative words such as “betraying”, “informing”, “denounce”, “spying”, “snitch”, with examples from the world and Turkey, within the framework of the latest legal regulations. The review includes the Whistleblowing Concept, Dimensional Classification of Whistleblowing, Factors Affecting Whistleblowing, Stages of the Whistleblowing Process, Whistleblowing Cases from the World and Turkey, Whistleblowing and Ethics, Legal Regulations Related to Whistleblowing. In the conclusion part, it is suggested to use the term “Ethical Statement” as the Turkish equivalent of the concept of Whistleblowing in the Turkish Management literature.
